RECRUITMENT
One size doesn’t fit all and with the world
of work changing, we’ve designed our
recruitment offering so it’s accessible
to all organisations. We also offer three
bespoke packages for charities, the
education sector and start-ups - keeping
recruitment costs low.
Getting the spec right
We offer on-site interviewing and job and
person specification writing.
We are Associate Members of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD), so this is all done in-
line with Human Resources best practice.
We use a thorough process for candidates,
whether for a temporary assignment or a
permanent placement. This can include
skills testing and an interview process
based on knowledge, attributes, skills and
experience.

PEOPLE & CULTURE
We offer new management coaching,
executive level coaching, team
development, leadership development,
culture programmes and resilience and
wellbeing. If, for example, a client is
experiencing retention problems,
it’s usually a by-product of a deeper
rooted issue.
We work with the client to find out what
this could be and start building up from
there. Creating more engaged, happier
and more productive places to work is
the goal and supporting businesses in
creating amazing places to work is the
vision. We create bespoke packages
dependent on a client’s needs.
SOCIAL IMPACT
Corporate Social Responsibility is central
to why Circle Consulting exists. Each
year we support three charities through
donations, volunteering our time and
helping promote their worthy causes. We
can also help your business combine CSR
with leadership and team development
through our partnership with Fusion
Community Initiatives.
