She has taught in the US , the UK , and in West Africa , and partners in a number of international research collaborations , including the photograph preservation collaboration 3PAin Porto- Novo , Benin . She has written widely on historical and contemporary artists , photography and film , global modernities , arts institutions , archives and the state , including the survey
