Recipie of Mini Gingerbread House
by Sakshi Mithal
With Christmas around the corner, visions of sugar plums frequently dance in my head. And
they’re almost always accompanied by dreams of wonderfully crunchy gingerbread houses and
steaming mugs of hot chocolate. So this year, I thought why not create a recipe that combines
both: a tiny gingerbread house that can perch invitingly on a mug of hot beverage and taste like a
mouthful of Christmas.
So, let’s make some mini gingerbread houses this Christmas. What I love about these delightful
little concoctions is that they’re convenient to make (as opposed to its giant counterpart), mobile
and make for a handy, attractive gift guaranteed to make you the hit of any Christmas party.
