Salon Salad and Gerstsoep. (Dutch cuisine) From our famous chefs: Joep B and Joep H and there assistant Cas we received 2 recipes which are going to help you trough your day and to stay in the right shape and be the ultimate fit girl/boy. One of these dishes is called Gerstsoep. Gerstsoep has been around for a long time and is one of the most favorite dishes of the Dutch Author: people. Eva the ingredients for Gerstsoep are: Moreno Escribano 50 gr pearled barley 30 gr celery leaf 30 gr butter 1,2 liter salty veal stock and some nutmeg. Just add them al together and cook them for a nice soup, whit a lot of carbohydrates and a good proteins to get through the day. Our next meal on the list is Salmon Salad, easy to make within 15 minutes. So if you come late home because of work, don’t worry, food will be made in a quickie. The base: Salmon steak à 200 gr 1 crop of lettuce For the garnish: 2 eggs 4 pickles 1 tablespoon of capers 4 anchovy filets To make the mayo; 2 raw eggs 4 table spoons of tarragon 1½ dl of oil 1. 2. 3. 4.
