How is the life of a servant? By Sergio Toledo Navarro

After trying during a long time, I’ ve got access to the diary of a servant of Joseph I Bonaparte, the servant prefers stay in anonymity. The diary is about the experiences of the servant and Joseph I Bonaparte during the reign in Spain.
The first thing that I observed has been when he describes how he feel when they name Joseph I Bonaparte King of Spain. He says that there were joy and hope in the home and that he thought that was a jock. It is not for less his way of reacting, since naming his lord King of Spain was surprising, a news as big as unexpected. Other thing that called my attention was when he told that he has to go of Madrid to survive, he told that he never feel as scared as this day and he had to stay in various places before arrive to his final destination, Vitoria. Also he told that there was the place where Joseph I Bonaparte installed his headquarters and it led a lot of time and a lot of effort because is not a thing that is done in one day. Also he say that with the campaign of Andalucia of 1810 he was very satisfied and happy because he thought that his lord can earn the people whereby that gave him benefits, not only for him, but for all the people of the home. ut this wasn’ t like this because his brother gave full powers to his generals and this ended with defame to Joseph I Bonaparte, whereby he got a deep sadness that lasted for months, and it is not for less because he has thought a lot of things that he was going to do but he couldn’ t do. By last, he told how his lord has to leave his reign of Spain, running away to France. The sadness that he has when he knew the news, he didn’ t know why or how they had reached that point but he knew that he has to do it and although he won’ t like it very much the idea of have to leave Spain, but he prefers stay with his lord and help him like he do always. For me, this is a action of not only being loyal if not. Also, I can say that this is a action of a friend and to be proud of be a servant of Joseph I Bonaparte and for that is my favourite action of the diary and a lot of people should learn about the servant of Joseph I Bonaparte because his actions and his loyalty.
