Hello and welcome to the first issue of The Boiler Expert .

I am extremely excited to have an additional medium through which we can share our knowledge with you . Not only do I feel like it is our duty to do so as industry leaders , but I also feel that this form of communication will deepen our bond with both new and existing clients . To that end , I hope you enjoy it . In this first issue , we are covering a number of topics that we are very excited about :
• Firstly , we have a product outline for the FTV Series , the newest addition to our product line . We believe this product is an important element towards fulfilling our vision to bring the most innovative and efficient technologies to market .
• Next up is a thorough outline of one of our newest representatives in the United States , Wales-Darby , who will help us to improve field support and training in New Jersey and New York City .
• Finally , we have included a case study — complete with contractor and client feedback — for an FTG series commercial boiler project we worked on . Our goal is to strengthen communication with you . In an effort to do that , I want to make it clear that we see communication as a two-way street . Just as we love to provide you with information , we love to have your feedback as well . We welcome any thoughts , suggestions , or topics you ’ d like to see covered in future issues .
