The philosophy of Wales-Darby perfectly aligns with NTI culture and is

relationship! I would like to thank

Sales and Steve Maldonado from BMB
Sales for their hard work in the last many
years. They were pivotal to grow our
brand in the territory to the point where
we are now, and I know they understand
we need to step up our presence with a
more structured, full-service agency to
sustain our future growth.

The Wales-Darby team and NTI recently
participated at a kickoff meeting that
allowed each of the Wales-Darby divisions
(Engineering, Build/Spec, Distribution,
Contractor Support, and Education) to
learn more about the NTI products and
go to market, and to introduce NTI to the
additional resources that Wales-Darby
will be able to deploy down the road. Both
teams are ready and excited to provide
everything from contractor training and
wholesaler support all the way through
engineering and design/build services.
So what does this news mean for our
current and future customers? A lot of
things. For one thing, our customer base
will grow and our brand presence will
increase, allowing us to provide detailed
service in more areas. This ultimately
means better support, more sales, and
more funds that we can put into R&D to
help bring new products to the market. It
just doesn’t get much better than that.
NTI welcome the Wales-Darby team to

Steve Wieland
Steve Wieland has been the Mid-Atlantic
Regional Sales Manager for NTI Boilers, Inc.
for nearly seven years. He covers NY City,
Long Island, NJ, PA, DE, MD and WVA. He has
been in the plumbing and heating industry
most of his life. He holds a Master Plumbers
License, has owned his own plumbing and
heating wholesale business, is a past National
Sales Manager for a heating equipment
manufacture and spent a short stint
working for a Manufactures Rep Agency.
