“Bardala, it’s time to summon Ek Chuah,” Tital said, as he
stood up. Fernándo handed the pouch of gold dust back to him.
Then Bardala and Tital called out Ek Chuah’s name three times,
while holding hands. A brief moment later, the glowing, blue
mist started to swirl six meters away.
Ek Chuah stepped regally out and came over to Tital saying, “I
was waiting on you to summon me. I see you have company.
Are they anyone I would know?”
“Yes, you know them. But, they don’t know you. Dad, Uncle
Ricárdo, this is Ek Chuah, our friend and a Maya 7
