“We’re going to find two men to help us drive the trucks and
set up camp, while the two of you are out rounding up mustangs.
Let’s get these horses loaded up, so we can make our connection
in Nevada on time,” Ek Chuah said.
“How far is it by road to the Great Basin National Park in
Nevada?” Tital asked Jonathan.
“According to our Garmin GPS it is seven hundred and sixtyseven miles, or twelve hundred and thirty-seven kilometers, so it
should take us about twenty-four hours. We should be on time
for your meeting. We will need to take the horses out and walk
them around about every three hours on the trip,” Jonathan told
Tital.
“Tital, here are your chocolate milk and two York Peppermint
Patties,” smiled Lena, as she gave him the goodies.
“Thank you,” Tital replied, as he opened the rear door of the
Expedition for Lena. “Hop in, and buckle up. Everyone load up.”
As Tital settled in behind the wheel of the big F-550, Bardala
drove the Ford Expedition, Jonathan rode up front, with Lena and
Viviana in the second seat, Moka and Eegh enjoyed playing with
the knobs of the air conditioner while they occupied the third
