THE BLUE FEATHER
“Don’t worry too much, the Pterodactyls can’t fly at night, but
we can hunt them at night. Maybe tomorrow night we can float
up to the top of the pyramid and rid this place of them. Jonathan
and Ronú are going to put the horses inside the building in back
of this house once they have finished grazing. That way we can
be sure they will be safe,” Tital said while eating some Coconut
meat.
“We need to go check on the rest of the crew,” Bardala said,
as she stood up and walked to the front door of the house.
When they went in, they could hear Viviana telling the others,
“These glyphs on the stelae outside are not all in Michael Coe’s
book Reading the Maya Glyphs; there are many more still to find.
He did a great job on explaining how to start learning the reading
of different Mayan glyphs, but there will be always more to
discover. It’s a complicated subject.”
