“ As long as we have stewardship for the land in mind, it will always be The Last Best Place!”

What does the Big Sky community mean to you?
The opportunity to be involved in the creation of a town! This area has changed quite a bit since the late 1980’ s when my family arrived, but I still feel it is the tip of the iceberg and as long as we have stewardship for the land in mind, it will always be“ The Last Best Place”!
Favorite spot in Big Sky?
I’ ll never tell … but I might take you there!
Describe your favorite things to do in Big Sky.
The fact that my family and I get to spend the amount of time we do in this area is a gift, and what we get to do with that“ gift” is simply awe-inspiring. The opportunities are certainly boundless!
What does the Big Sky community mean to you?
Well, I’ ve grown up here. I was 21 when I first moved to Big Sky, and I find myself more in love with this place today than at any other time so far. I appreciate how this community, the people and businesses have evolved and grown over the years. I love how we are becoming more and more of a year-round community, not only because of the restaurants and shopping, but consistent community events and offerings. I live and work here year-round, and when I refer to home, it’ s Big Sky.
Describe your ideal day in Big Sky.
Just about any day during the summer. Don’ t get me wrong— I love our beautiful winter days when I can get out onto the slopes and then head back to Moonlight Lodge for après— but I am originally from South Florida, so I’ m partial to warmer temperatures, and Montana summers, for me, are beyond perfect. Taking a leisurely walk on any of the local trails and enjoying all the spectacular wildflowers in bloom is simply my‘ happy place’!

“ To see how happy, relaxed and at peace people are when they come to Big Sky is such a joy!”
