Guided by Dr . Kathleen Kier- nan , a 29-year veteran of Feder- al Law Enforcement and Presi- dent of NEC National Security Systems , the nonprofit PWPORG was created to educate , engage and empower families and kids on issues of preparedness and re- siliency to create a safer world , free of active threats and human traffickers .
