Most people lying out on their stomachs will tuck their arms under their shoulders to support themselves which creates a hunched look. To create more body line definition and to slenderize arms, slightly move your elbows away from the body creating a triangle with your arms; then press your body forward slightly as you energize the core muscles. Hand Placement and Posing Try these two arm positions: 1) place one hand on top of the other hand as you stretch out. Or, 2) Place one hand up over the other arm at the forearm or the area of the arm just above the elbow. Arms stretched forward – watch your location to your bust line. Elbows slightly out forward or back will change the placement of the torso and either elongates the body or shortens the body and adds bust line fullness.
