Back PRINT Issues - of issues that are print only ( Includes postage ): $ 12.00 / issue ( USA ) 4 or more back issues : $ 10.00 / issue ( USA ) Additional postage will apply outside of the United States
If your magazine is returned as undeliverable , it may be necessary to charge you postage to re-send .
Advertising : We welcome your ads , however , the following qualifications are required : Submit 300 dpi TIFF , PDF or JPEG on CD or by email , at actual size . A $ 40 per hour fee will be charged for photo clean-up , graphic or design work ( including resizing your ad ). Payment MUST accompany ad .
Premium pages include all ads within the first 10 pages of the magazine as these are always the most viewed at first sitting . These include the Inside Front Cover , Facing Inside Front Cover , Across from the Letter from the Editor , and Across from the Feature article .
