The Scallywags Raks Bellydance crew is a band of weary travelers that sail from Port to Port entertaining villagers unfolding tales of Adventure and Misfortune through song and dance . Colleen Pannell ( Scarlett ) is in her 8th season at Sherwood Forest Faire as a Pirate of Sherwood . Three seasons ago she had a grand idea to bring a few dancers aboard ; with the help of Paula Grace ( Palwasha ) they created a story of how the Pirates got them on board and it has only grown from there . They now look forward to another new adventure as they join Canterbury Renaissance Festival in Mount Pleasant , TX . The Scallywags Raks Crew will be at Canterbury the 1st , 3rd and 4th weekend of September 2021 .
