Yes. That’s it. Thank you, Martha.
That is why I dance and why I come to MASSIVE even
when I cannot dance. The story of dance and bodies and men and women is
Massive and Tribal. We are growing ever more closely-knit
and ever bigger. And this dance is one of our epic heroic
poems in the growing volumes of our collective soul.
Our bodies say what our words cannot - these amazing
stories from around the globe, the stories of our bodies. This

Certified health and mind-body coach, yoga trainer (RYT 200), and dance instructor, Sonja has studied and taught nutrition,
movement, yoga, dance, fitness, personal wellness and happiness for 30 years and brings her broad experiences, real-life

Her journey has taken her body and mind through amazing experiences - and also through chronic fatigue, trauma,
depression, eating disorders, anxiety, and PTSD. Her movement, mind-body, and energy practices have brought her back
to life. She is passionate about sharing and working with others who also want to be fully engaged, integrated, and alive.
