ew Year, new Magazine! I couldn't be more excited to share all the hard work our incredible team has done to create the NEW and improved Beauty Battalion magazine.
This past year has been full of wonderful memories as well as some hard, but much needed changes. The mission of The Beauty Battalion remains stronger than ever and with our newly refined team I am thrilled to welcome 2017!
When envisioning this idea of The Beauty Battalion almost 5 years ago now, I was filled with such purpose and a burning desire to utilize the talents of our team on a much bigger and much more fulfilling endeavor.
We are not just a team of professionals who specialize in creating impactful and beautiful photos. We LOVE what we do and are passionate about sharing our craft.
Professionals in the industry understand the efforts, work, and yes, even photoshop that it takes to create those perfectly polished cover photos.
But what about the target audiance for those distributed images? Do they see the work? Do they know it's all smoke and mirrors? How many of us are guilty of judging ourselves based on a false and totally fabricated photo being plastered in the media or fashion magazines? I have, even though I KNOW it's not real! It's time for change. It's like Gandhi said, "BE the change that you wish to see in the world." Our team is ready! We are taking a new approach to Beauty & Fashion and we invite you all to be part of this movement. Refuse to conform to what society perceives as beauty. Embrace your uniqueness. Reveal your authentic self. Define your own beauty. #JoinTheRebellion
Our magazine features REAL people with REAL stories who empower and inspire us. We believe in spotlighting individuals who we look up to and respect. (NO Kardashians on our covers!)
Our message is clear: WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL.
