SARITA TORRES

Since Sarita’s time at Little Light House she has
continued to flourish through the years! She is the
most joyful and loving daughter, sister, student and
friend. Sarita loves to be involved and to pursue
her hobbies – always giving them 100% effort. She
currently swims with The Tigger Sharks Team and
competes in the Special Olympics with this team. You
can also find her dancing at Miss Shelley’s School of
Dance and That’s Dancing Studio. She is currently
gearing up for recital season where she will perform
multiple dances she has worked hard to practice and
memorize! Sarita also loves to paint and currently
attends weekly classes at the Tulsa Art Center.
We are also very proud of her many
accomplishments. Sarita just finished her junior year
at Bishop Kelley High School! During the scholastic
year, she was nominated to be an attendant on the
Fall Homecoming Court. Additionally, she was a
cast member in the school’s musical production of
The Little Mermaid. In addition to her involvement
at Bishop Kelley, Sarita also continued to practice
her basketball skills with The Thunder Team Special
Program and her cheerleader skills with the Shining
Stars Program! Sarita is very excited for her senior
year and aspires to continue practicing her art and
dancing skills and become a volunteer at the Little
Light House upon graduating from high school!
