Prior to our recent downturn, 2020 was out pacing 2019 in home
sales. Today, intown inventory below $1,000,000 remains tight. Homes
that are in great locations, top condition and priced correctly continue
to sell. The sale of luxury homes over $1,000,000 are less brisk, but
thankfully homes are still going under contract with buyers and sellers
going to curbside (and, newly approved virtual) closings conducted
by our closing attorneys.
Beacham & Company has always recognized that beautifully
photographed and marketed homes capture the attention of buyers.
We present our properties as if they are our own. Every homeowner
wants their home beautifully displayed and represented. We provide
gorgeous point of sale materials and superb exposure throughout the
internet on over 600 websites worldwide. Our agents are the best
of the best - smart, honest, professional and incredibly successful.
Never one to rest on our laurels, we have decided to re-imagine things
a bit in this, our 13th Spring Series publication, concurrent with many
wonderful changes here at Beacham & Company.

Welcome to our first online delivery for "The Beacham Series."
As we all cooperate with necessary measures to defeat the
Coronavirus, we are attempting to do our part. With warnings
about the presence of contamination on our household mail,
we felt it may give each of you piece of mind to enjoy our
Spring Series magazine in digital form, rather than in print.
The world and our country are experiencing universal cooperation
in the face of this pandemic. If we look past the drastic changes
to our individual lives, we see our country and others around the
world dedicated to the common good of all people. I personally
see a considerate and passionate atmosphere in Atlanta. Atlantans
are taking a personal interest in the well-being of others as we
strive for the preservation and protection of our health, families
and livelihoods. We have faith our country will recover, and through
our collective efforts, our lives and families will once again return to
normal. I learned years ago that NORMAL is underrated; NORMAL
is to be cherished rather than underappreciated. We all look
forward to the return of normalcy.
While the landscape is blooming, the residential real estate
market is chugging along. Certainly not at the hectic pace of the
recent past, but homes continue to come on the market and sell.
The world goes on albeit under drastically altered conditions. It
appears the vast majority are resigned to the task ahead and will
do all within their power to successfully navigate the future.

Last year, Nancy Meister stepped into the role of Managing Broker.
She transitioned into the position after 19 years as an agent, 11 of
which were with Beacham & Company. Nancy’s calm demeanor,
impressive connections, and unparalleled knowledge and work ethic
have been such a blessing to us, and the company is thriving under
her direction.
Additionally, Blayne Beacham Macauley was named Senior Marketing
Director last year. She’s been with the marketing department since
the very beginning, and under her experienced direction, we are
now breathing new energy into the well-known “Beacham Look”
and brand.
