Welcome from the Headmistress
After a smooth start to the academic year , little did we know how soon we would launch into a global pandemic and the challenges and adjustments that this would bring . Nevertheless , I have taken huge comfort from the ever prevailing spirit , here at The Banda , that has been so evident throughout our entire community .
We were able to continue in the latter part of the year with an enviable programme of remote learning , whilst still enjoying an end of year production , a fabulous remote Speech Day , as well as several remote activities and clubs .
I hope that the following pages will remind us all of how grateful we should be for our cohesive and caring community that we are so lucky to be part of . I hope you enjoy this interactive edition .
