Many of you already know the story of Brent's Deli. Opened in

1967, it was purchased by Ron and Pat Peskin a year-and-a-

half later. Today, we're proud to welcome the third generation

of our family to the business, with Taylor joining the

management team a few months ago (see page 11). And we

plan on keeping it in the family for generations to come.

Our mission has always been the same: to be the best family-

owned delicatessen and restaurant in the nation. But we know

this mission revolves around our ability to make you feel right

at home -- with food, service and our commitment to creating

a welcoming environment for you to enjoy time and again.

For decades we’ve been celebrating everything from your

birthdays and anniversaries, to your Bar / Bat Mitzvahs and

weddings. And we look forward to another winter holiday

season in which the same holds true.

We want you to think of us how we think of you: an invaluable

part of the Brent’s Deli family. Your support of our business

helps us support the community in which we are all a part.

Whether it’s in our dining room or on the table at your home,

we guarantee that you will always be provided with the best

we have to offer. You are the foundation of our business -- the

pastrami to our rye bread, so to speak -- and there’s not much

we can do without you on our side.
