EMPLOYMENT LAW
The Labor and Employment Section is having a busy Fall so far. On October 24, we hosted a joint social on the rooftop of the Hotel
Clermont with the Estate Planning, Judicial, and Litigation Sections.
On November 12, our Section hosted “Views from the Bench: The Do’s and Don’ts in an Employment Case,” where Judge Anand, Judge
May, and Judge Brown of the Northern District of Georgia provided useful insights to luncheon attendees at the Capital City Club. We
are looking forward to additional events in the Winter and Spring, including our winter social and our annual Advanced Employment
Law seminar on March 12, 2020.
