Taking the course can save a Said You're A Lawyer?! specialist or a rusty generalist Does Not Disappoint from embarrassment when a friend asks a question he or she believes every lawyer should be RICHARD GLAZE, JR. able to answer. This year’s course, held November 5, was moderated skillfully by Darren Tobin (Tobin Injury Law) for the fifth year running. In the first session on Municipal Courts the speakers effectively provided key information about what to expect in magistrate c ou r t s and how to avoi d traps that might ensnare the uninformed or ill-prepared.
