The Section produces several newsletters each year. The August newsletter discusses restraints on physician competition, recent cases addressing the inevitable disclosure doctrine, and how a recent Supreme Court arbitration decision might affect recent Georgia decisions on arbitration clauses. The award recipients were Eric Hoffman from Georgia State, Samantha Orovitz from Emory, and Julie Smith from John Marshall. At the end of the luncheon, Cory Barker turned over the Chair’s gavel to Ian Smith, and Ian thanked Cory for his leadership.
