She continues to pay the children’s bills that could be paid
from their mother’s estate, filing motions to encroach, and
filing annual returns. Pachman Richardson covers all of the
filing fees, and, of course, Melody has never taken a fee.
When Melody received the article and letter from Dian when
Marquis graduated from high school, Melody shared the
article with everyone in her office. While Dian deserves the
credit, Melody and everyone else at Pachman Richardson
were delighted to have been a small part of Marquis’s growth
and success. And at Pachman Richardson, the letter and
article only feeds the already present inferno of inspiration
pro bono efforts
to make a difference in the lives of those who need but
cannot represent themselves or pay for much-needed legal
assistance.
We hope the warmth of Pachman Richardson’s fire for pro
bono spreads across the Atlanta Bar and that our members
will share their stories. ■
