Did You Know? Baker Donelson Joe D. Whitley of Baker Donelson has been named co-chair of the advisory board for the Judge Alfred P. Murrah Center for Homeland Security Law and Policy at the Oklahoma City University School of Law. The Murrah Center, in partnership with the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, will serve as a national resource for issues regarding homeland security law and policy. The center’s launch was held in April in conjunction with the 20th anniversary of the bombing. Mr. Whitley and former Oklahoma Governor Keating will serve as chairs of the advisory board. Berman Fink Van Horn P.C. Malone Allen joins Berman Fink Van Horn as a Litigation Associate. As a business litigator, Mr. Allen’s areas of focus include labor and employment, non-compete, trade secret and unfair competition and real estate litigation. Previously, Mr. Allen was an associate at another law firm in Atlanta, concentrating on litigation and dispute resolution in commercial and complex family law disputes. A graduate of the Emory University School of Law (Dean’s List), he also served as an intern to the Honorable Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
