The luncheon, which honors the efforts of our countless volunteers each spring, featured keynote speaker, former Chief Presiding Judge of the Fulton County Juvenile Court (and TIP co-founder), Judge Glenda Hatchett. In addition to Judge Hatchett’s inspiring words, five volunteers were presented with the Honorable Glenda Hatchett Volunteerof-the-Year award for their dedicated service to TIP clients. Those honored were Lauren Armstrong, Erica Harrison Arnold, Bridget Beier, Glen Fagan, and Robert Mack. TIP also presented Alston & Bird LLP with the inaugural Champion for Children Award, which recognized the law firm for its advocacy on behalf of TIP’s vulnerable children through a variety of volunteer efforts and financial support.
