T
he Intellectual Property Section held its 11th annual
SpringPosium on April 10-11 at Barnsley Resort in
Adairsville. Nearly 100 IP attorneys attended the
conference. Example panels included Inter Partes Review
strategies, Navigating the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board,
Copyright Law Update, Patent Law Update and Alternative
Dispute Resolution Strategies. Notable speakers included
Judges from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District
of Georgia, an Administrative Judge from the Patent Trial
and Appeal Board, an Administrative Judge from the

Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Law School Professors,
a Business School Professor and numerous in-house IP
Counsel. Throughout the event, attendees enjoyed relaxed
and cordial networking and socializing, including a postdinner hospitality suite. Following the conference, many
attendees participated in some of the outdoor activities
offered by the Resort. The IP Section wishes to thank its
numerous committed sponsors for helping continue to make
