What is something people wouldn't assume about you?" I talk a lot, but I’m ac- tually a good listener! Paula Frederick, State Bar of Georgia In a former life, I played in several touring bands for almost 10 years in my 20s. I’m a singer, song- writer and guitar player and played upwards of 150 shows a year near the end of my touring days, mostly along the East Coast. Brenton Hund, Turner Most people do not know that I am an author, with my sec- ond book on mountain climbing coming out his fall, and that I am working on two novels and a series of chil- dren’s books. I also write musi- cal pieces and am working on a satirical political musical comedy tentatively called “Dum Dum Don- ald, the Musical” which will likely never make it to Broadway, but which amuses me to no end. It is a truly “sad” musical with a hit song called: “They Call Me A Dotard.” David N. Schaeffer, David Schaeffer Law Firm, LLC I play the piano, both jazz and classical. Right now I’m working on a piece from Duke El- lington’s Queen’s Suite and a bittersweet Intermezzo in A by Brahms. A. Craig Cleland, Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. I’m not sure of a hid- den talent, but some- thing people typically don’t assume about me is that I have nev- er played basketball. This is be- cause—despite my relatively tall height—I have never had much hand/eye coordination. Thus, any dreams of any sort of basketball- related career were crushed quite early in life. Chris Lightner, Alston & Bird Hidden Talent – Parallel parking. I’m confident I’m one of the top 2 or 3 parallel parkers in At- lanta, if not the world. Ryan Walsh, Jones Day I can do tricks with a jump rope that I learned in middle school. Ashley E. Wilson, Wilson Elser Clients and other on- lookers always seem surprised about my level of intensity inside the courtroom. A client once remarked that my hair ex- ploded into flames of righteousness during an oral argument. Jessica J. Wood, Bodker Ramsey Andrews Winograd Wildstein, P.C.
