I, too, have benefitted from my experience with the program. Specifically, after my lunches with adversaries, I spent less time in“ letter-writing wars”, and more time having open, honest and frank conversations with the other side. This has decreased costs to the client and resulted in quicker and in some cases better resolutions for all involved. hoping to have excellent participation in the program this year, and is thus extending the program through and including the month of March!
