After 21 years of service on the bench in Gwinnett County,
Superior Court Judge Michael C. Clark will step down as
presiding judge of the 9th Judicial District on Feb. 28, 2014. He
will reignite his career practicing law and join Jarrod Oxendine
and Trey Sauls in practice on March 1, which will establish the
firm as Clark, Oxendine and Sauls LP. Judge Clark’s goal is
to use his experience to effectively handle litigation in which
he has an interest.
