JANUARY BREAKFAST
On Tuesday, January 15, 2019, the Real Estate Sec-
tion held its January Breakfast at the offices of Arnall
Golden Gregory LLP. That morning, we witnessed
a fantastic presentation by Kevin McGowan, Vice-
President of Contour Engineering, and Ed Schwartz
of Sweetnam & Schwartz, LLC, on Transforming
Contaminated Properties in Georgia: The Art of the
Brownfield Deal and Considerations for the Real Estate
Practitioner.
TOP GOLF NETWORKING LUNCH
Over thirty members of the Real Estate Section
braved the cold for networking over food, fun, and
golf drills on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. A good
time was had by all. Thank you to everyone who
