Annual President’s Summit
Held at State Bar of Georgia
O
n February 15, 2015, presidents and leaders from
local bars and organizations from the greater Atlanta
area collected for the fifth Atlanta Bar Association
Presidents Summit, which was convened by Atlanta Bar
Association President Harold E. Franklin, Jr. The leaders
engaged in thoughtful discussion and shared information
about important topics that affect and progress their organizations. Fulton County Superior Court Chief Judge Gail Tusan
and Thomas Worthy (Director of Governmental Affairs, State
Bar of Georgia) provided important information regarding
recent developments involving resource allocation and access to the courts in Fulton County and proposed legislative
changes involving an array of areas affecting the practice of
civil and criminal law and the fair administration of justice.
