A Look into the Wellness Programs
of the Atlanta Bar's 100% Club

reached out to the Atlanta Bar's
The health and wellness of Alston &
Bird attorneys and staff has always
been a priority for the firm. For
years, A&B has delivered health
and wellness programming to employees through a variety of ways.
In 2015, with the support of senior
leadership, the firm rolled out the
Alston & Bird Total Well-Being
Program, which brought all of the
firm’s health and wellness initiatives
under one umbrella. This voluntary
wellness program, available online
and through a mobile app, encourages attorneys and staff to establish
and track healthy habits that are
important to them, track their daily
steps, complete an online health
risk assessment and more. The Total Well-Being program provides
a platform for our attorneys and
staff to stay engaged in their overall well-being year-round through
100% Club and asked if they had
any wellness programs in place for
their attorneys and staff. The following are responses from Alston +
