Each December, the Atlanta Santa Program led by Chief Santa, the Hon. T. Jackson Bedford, Jr., sends Santa and his Elves to visit hospitals, shelters, and senior homes during the holiday season to bring joy to many underserved and sick children and adults. The happiness of each face as they watch Santa perform magic tricks or pull a special gift from his bag is a reward greater than any Santa or elf could ask for.
We would like to extend thanks to this year ' s Atlanta Santa Project volunteers for contributing to this worthwhile project inclucing Santa Mike Brewster, Santa Chris McFadden, Santa James Byrd, Santa Don Edwards, Santa Brian Johnson, Santa Gary Spencer and Lead Elves Eileen Thomas, Kathleen Layton, Becky Hall, Mike St. Amand, Monique McDowell, and Dawn de Klerk. In addition, numerous other members serve, many visiting the same place each year. Though there are too many volunteers to list, it is the dedication of each individual as well as the collective group that allows the Atlanta Santa Project to continue making dreams come true.
