Staff Spotlight Continuing Legal Education Director: Nicole Drummond With over fifteen years of nonprofit sector experience, Nicole Drummond steps into the Continuing Legal Education Director role ready to meet the legal education needs of our members. She has worked for a myriad of non-profit organizations, including the American College of Rheumatology where she served in the continuing medical education program. “Nicole has brought fresh ideas to the program in the short time she has been with us, and I feel confident that members will benefit from her wealth of experience in education, event planning and execution,” stated Executive Director Terri Bryant. A native of Jamaica, Nicole relocated to Georgia eight years ago from Maryland. She currently resides with her family in Conyers. Assistant to the Executive Director: Michelle Heath Michelle Heath joined the Atlanta Bar staff in the role of Assistant to the Executive Director in August, much to the delight of the executive director. “Michelle joined us just in time for the Voting Rights Act Celebration, so she learned quickly how many moving parts there are at Atlanta Bar! It is a pleasure to have her assistance in both the Atlanta Bar Association and Foundation work”, stated Bryant. Her most recent job role was as legal and marketing assistant at Fisher & Phillips LLP, assisting in training, event coordination, social media marketing, and client development and retention. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business from Full Sail University. She spends most of her free time at concerts, Braves games, or looking for new places to go hiking. Staff Update Former CLE Director Jessica Aubuchon and her husband welcomed their daughter, Madeline Grace, into their family in November.
