Bankruptcy Section
The Bankruptcy Section kicked off the 2022-2023 year with its annual Board dinner on August 13 , 2022 . The dinner was hosted by Member-At-Large William A . Rountree ( Rountree Leitman Klein & Geer LLC ) and his wife , Emelie . Board members and their spouses had a great time getting to know one another while enjoying an array of delectable hors d ’ oeuvres from Petite Violette . A fun time was had by all , and the consensus was that everyone looks forward to serving the Section this year .

• Compensation of Professionals – This will be an in-person 1-hour CLE on Tuesday , October 25 , 2022 , from 12:00 p . m . -1:30 p . m . focusing on Issues , Best Practices , and Pitfalls in the Compensation of Professionals , and is the companion program to the Retention of Professionals CLE . The CLE will be held at the offices of Burr & Forman LLP , located at Atlantic Station , 171 17th St ., NW ( 10th Floor ), Atlanta , Georgia 30363 . Parking is free for two hours and lunch will be provided .
Brewing Co ., 550 Somerset Terrace NE Unit 101 , Atlanta , GA 30306 . The event will take place largely outdoors where we will be able to enjoy the crisper fall weather . We hope you will join your fellow Bankruptcy Section members at this event where you are sure to see old friends and make new connections !
