T he 2022 Legal Runaround 5K Walk and Tot Trot was held on September 10 , 2022 , at John Howell Park in Virginia Highlands . The race was cosponsored by the Atlanta Police Department with proceeds benefiting the Atlanta Bar Foundation Police Scholarship fund . The fund supports post high school education for children of Atlanta Police Department officers who have been slain or disabled in the line of duty . A total of $ 14,000 was raised this year .
