Atlanta office. Hall joins the Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy
Service Group, where her practice focuses primarily on
representing institutional lenders and businesses in litigation
related to bankruptcy, contracts, foreclosures, and workouts.
Prior to joining Stites & Harbison (www.stites.com), Hall
served as First Vice President and Senior Counsel at
SunTrust Bank, where she was responsible for managing
litigation and ensuring compliance with federal and 49 states’
mortgage laws and regulations.

Stites & Harbison, PLLC, attorney Ron C. Bingham, II, has
been named the new Office Executive Member in Atlanta.
Mr. Bingham assumed this role August 1, 2012. He succeeds
attorney J.D. Humphries III who served in that capacity for
