Don't Chase Your Tail, Try CrossFit

Every morning, the lights on 1210
Spring Street in Midtown turn on
around 5 AM. A handful of attor-
neys walk in by 6 AM to beat traffic
and get a head start. Throughout
the day, more trickle in - until as late
as 7 PM. Each individual leaves
this building exhausted; and then
set their alarms to come in again
the next day.
These lawyers are not going to
work and billing hours at a law firm
- they’re working out.
CrossFit Midtown is home to
enough lawyers of all ages, prac-
tices and industries that it could
start its own practice; these law-
yers do CrossFit regularly because

it’s an effective and efficient way
to take care of themselves - and
it’s fun (as fun as exercise can be).

workouts designed to improve
all athletic capacities, and you’re
done. Pop in before work, during
your lunch break, after work - or
during the weekends. Take a yoga
class or fitness workshop when you
have some additional availability.
There are no monotonous routines
and machines. You’ll feel and see
the results (literally, because you’ll
be sore) as you make progress
