calls, internet, and texts is simply not possible for large swaths of time, especially on a work day. But I’ve found some modifications that have make a true difference. Maybe instead of unplugging we can call it: unplugging, but still sitting close to the charging station. That might make it a less jarring transition for many of us. One such minor modification is to limit social media. Staying in touch with friends and in tune with news via Facebook and Twitter is still pos- sible, but need not be constant.
