ransition Into Fall
The summer transition into fall can
be a strange and confusing time period
for many bass anglers. The fall/summer transition is the breaking point
between deciding what fishing approach to take. Does the angler choose
to target bass using traditional warm
water methods or do they begin tossing
cold water baits? The majority of most
bass anglers will chose to overlook the
seasonal transition and standby until
the water drops to a stable consistent
temperature. Unfortunately the anglers that hold back are missing out on
the perfect opportunity to squeeze in
a few nice bass before the thick layer
of warm clothes stays on permanently.
Though the fluctuation in the weather
and fishing pattern may pose a rightful
challenge, the transitional period is still
an exciting and often times rewarding
event that bass anglers shouldn’t pass
up.
