Here’s a larger haruan, on the same bait. I used a texas
rigged 2/O Fire Eagle EWG Hook which I fished
weightless. I noticed some commotion caused by two
to three haruans hunting in a pack. I have never seen
anything like that before. I made a cast into the commotion and I hooked this haruan. I used 10lb Stren
Hi-Impact monofilament line and had no problem to
pull this haruan out of thick weeds.
