The Shrug Minnow is designed for mebaru (rockfish), big eye
scad, etc. fishing in Japan. We do have big eye scads in our
waters as well as other fishes that may take the Shrug Minnow
such as the goatfish, threadfin bream, whiting, etc. Although
the Shrug Minnow is a saltwater series bait, they make good
baits for freshwater fishing especially for brown Tilapia, featherback, snakeheads, peacock bass, etc.
