he Shrug Minnow is designed for
the Japanese market by Leon (Takumi
Kaku) who is a finesse fishing legend in
Japan. The Shrug Minnow comes with
a T-Tail or paddle type tail that wiggles
and fins up front that flaps back during
the retrieve.

The Shrug Minnow comes with a jighead designed by Jazz Lures called the
Syaku Head D type of which looks like
the nose of a Concorde. The D in D type
stands for Dart. This jig head is designed
to give good darting action.
