The hook is forged on the bend, as
it can be seen that the wire has been
stamped flat there. This increases the
strength along the plane of the bend.

The duratin coating on the hook, is
effective in reducing corrosion when
used in saltwater, making this a hook
suitable for both fresh and saltwater.
As I often fish with small lures in saltwater, I prefer hooks that can be used
in the saltwater environment for all
my lures.

It also has proven it self for the wild indigenous Malaysia fish.
