There is no point in using scent if your
baits are not within the scent trail,
meaning that fish may pick up on your
scent, follow the trail, but it ends without being anywhere near your baits.
Thus it is important to play your soft
baits slow keeping them in the zone as
long as possible. Zone here means the
area within your scent trail.
