Cork being a natural substance
will dry up and crack, more so if
lower quality cork is used. Just
like how the cork used to secure
wine in bottles do dry and crack
over time. There are ways to
maintain your fishing rod’s cork
handle in good condition. We will
discuss this in a few pages.
