EDITOR'S NOTE

time to pay attention to what no longer serves us, let it all go, and make space for the new to arrive. This can be tough, as we will find that things and relationships we most cherish will come under threat. We will be forced to face uncomfotable thoughts and emotions about sitations and the people we care about. However, this process is necessary in our personal and spiritual development.

The act of letting go -- of renunciation -- is key to the process of liberation. However, we have to stop thinking about liberation in terms of unattainable abstractions. The final product of liberation is very concrete in the manifestation of how we feel when this state of being is achieved.

The experience of liberation is the moment when we feel totally and completely in alignment with our very best lives. We are living abundant and healthy lives that best suit our personalities and leave us with a sense of personal fulfillment. Our careers give us an opportunity to offer something of value to the world that comes from us personally. Our relationships are harmonious, even when times get tough. We are confident. We are free.

This issue is all about rejuvenation, renewal, and overcoming all obstacles to achieve a higher level of consciousness that takes us into a new paradigm of living. Read, relax, contemplate, and enjoy!
