Design Design structure Alignment When positioning the shapes within the existing structure, I made sure to align some of the rooms with the external and existing interior walls to create a more harmonious design. This process will need to be assessed by specialists. Positioning Each of the studio spaces is carefully positioned so that the room receives the maximum amount of natural light possible. Most of this will be north light which is ideal for creative subjects because it shows subject matter in a cooler atmosphere. This allows the artist to have greater control over contrast and colour.
